Many of the programs in the School of Hospitality, Recreation & Tourism require students to wear a program related uniform at some point in their studies.

Students in the programs listed below MUST be wearing a complete Humber branded uniform and have the necessary 'other program related items' as of their FIRST DAY of class. For more information about the uniform and other program related items please select your program from the list below, ensuring that you select the correct program as the required  items and instructions are unique for each program:  

• Baking & Pastry Arts 2 Year Diploma
• Culinary Skills 1 Year Certificate
• Culinary Management 2 Year Diploma
• Cook Apprentice
• Food & Beverage Service 1 Year Certificate 
• Food & Nutrition Management 2 Year Diploma
• Hotel & Restaurant (Hospitality) Management 2 Year Diploma
• Massage Therapy 3 Year Diploma

Students in programs other than tthose listed above may have a uniform component to their program which is not required to be worn as of their first day of class.  More information will be provided at orientation or in class.
